The Spring 2026 Leaderboard Contest ("Contest") is a skill-based competition hosted by Amusement Standards LLC d/b/a AmusementRating.org ("Sponsor"), with principal offices in Asbury Park, New Jersey 07712. This is a contest of skill; winners are determined by objective, verifiable performance on the AmusementRating.org platform — not by chance or random drawing.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
The Contest is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling) and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.
The Contest begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time on March 22, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on May 25, 2026 (Memorial Day) ("Contest Period"). Only activity logged during the Contest Period counts toward final standings.
To enter, register a free account at AmusementRating.org and participate in platform activities during the Contest Period. No purchase, payment, or subscription is required. Entry is free and open to all eligible persons. Entries are earned through:
All XP values are published on the platform and apply equally to all participants. There is no mechanism by which payment or purchase increases a participant's score.
Winners are determined by total XP earned during the Contest Period as displayed on the AmusementRating.org public leaderboard. This is a skill-based ranking — participants who log more verified rides, complete more audits, and earn more badges will accumulate more XP. The three (3) participants with the highest XP totals at the close of the Contest Period will be awarded prizes as described below.
In the event of a tie, the tied participants will be ranked by: (a) number of completed audits, then (b) number of unique parks visited, then (c) earliest registration date.

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $679–$847.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except at Sponsor's sole discretion. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. For prizes valued at $600 or more, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to the winner, who must provide a valid W-9 form prior to prize fulfillment. Prizes will be delivered or purchased in the winner's name at no cost to the winner within fifteen (15) days of winner verification, in accordance with New Jersey law.
Prizes involving third-party products (Six Flags season passes, Universal tickets) are subject to the terms and conditions of those third parties. Sponsor is not responsible for any restrictions, blackout dates, or terms imposed by third-party prize providers. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if a listed prize becomes unavailable.
Potential winners will be notified via the email address associated with their AmusementRating.org account within five (5) business days after the Contest Period ends. Winners must respond within fourteen (14) days of notification to claim their prize. Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and (where permitted by law) a publicity release. Failure to respond within the notification period, or failure to provide required documentation, will result in forfeiture of the prize, which may then be awarded to the next-highest-ranked eligible participant.
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant who: (a) tampers with or attempts to manipulate the platform, leaderboard, or XP system; (b) submits fraudulent ride logs, fabricated photos, or falsified audit data; (c) creates multiple accounts to inflate scores; (d) violates the Terms of Service; or (e) acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor may use automated and manual review to verify the integrity of submissions.
By entering the Contest, participants agree that their username, rank, XP total, and general geographic region may be displayed publicly on the AmusementRating.org leaderboard. Participant email addresses will be used solely for Contest communication and will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Personal information is handled in accordance with the AmusementRating.org Terms of Service and applicable privacy laws.
Audit data, ride logs, and other content submitted through the platform during the Contest Period may be used by Sponsor and its affiliates (including Amusement Standards LLC and the AS 360 platform) for analytical, research, and product development purposes, as described in the Terms of Service. Participants retain ownership of any photos they submit but grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such photos for platform operation and promotional purposes.
Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) technical failures, network interruptions, or platform outages; (b) lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; (c) injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance of any prize; or (d) any acts of God, terrorism, or circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Contest or use of any prize.
This Contest is governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this Contest shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Monmouth County, New Jersey.
